Tokyo Trip - Reflection
First and foremost, greatest gratitude to both of our lecturers, Mr. Asrizal and Ms. Anis for making this study trip a reality and an experience for us. Citizens of Japan really do have a habit of being disciplined, clean and so on. This trip feels like just a random holiday organised by Taylor's Design School but to have this trip as part of our Intercultural Module really accentuates this trip to another level. As for our experience in our data collection, it is really a plus point for us because our data collection method requires us to have a meal at a certain time of the day. So, we would always feel like not such a chore to have a meal for the sake of data collecting but also get to enjoy our mealtimes and at the same time to be aware of such aspects in our surrounding to make our data collection results better. Being with my group member is really great because all of them have their own strengths and we are constantly using that advantage to gain more from our time there in Japan. Moreover, finally visiting the Land of the Rising Sun was such a dream come true because of the landscapes, museums, monuments, amazing architecture, organised public transportation and cuisine. The trip's itinerary and the free times that we got were really balanced. I truly feel like I don't have to visit Tokyo anymore if I don't need to because I feel like I've already explored Tokyo in a very satisfying manner. It might be hard for some of the readers to believe that we could feel that way in just a week's worth of trip but truly what I just described was really true to heart. Worth the kilometres of walking and transporting!
